Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest 1/3 of the waves...along with occasional height of the average highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

Generally weak to moderate south to southeast flow is expected today and tonight. A weak frontal boundary will approach the waters on Tuesday afternoon. There is a chance for showers and thunderstorms Tuesday in response to the boundary. Diminishing winds and subsiding seas are expected by midweek due to the approach of this front. Onshore flow and rain chances will increase by Friday afternoon and Friday night.
