.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
Misty and rainy conditions will persist this afternoon into the evening. Visibilities will be reduced this afternoon with low ceilings, rain and fog over portions of the bays and nearshore water. As low pressure exits the area tonight, rain will gradually diminish from west to east. High pressure will build
across the region with a moderate northwest flow tonight through Thursday. Much drier conditions are expected Thursday through Monday. Weak to moderate north to northeast wind Friday. Weak winds will vary Saturday through Sunday. A cold front will move across the Waters Sunday night through Monday morning. Moderate northeast flow expected after frontal passage.
