.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
A weak onshore flow is expected tonight becoming weak to moderate by Wednesday. Weak to moderate onshore flow will continue Thursday and Friday. A weak upper level disturbance may generate isolated to scattered showers Wednesday night and Thursday. Patchy sea fog may develop over the bays and nearshore waters Thursday and Friday mornings as moist onshore flow overruns the cooler water surface. Another upper disturbance and associated frontal boundary may contribute to isolated showers Friday night. Weak to moderate offshore flow behind the front will quickly resume onshore by late Saturday night. Another disturbance will move across the waters Sunday night and Monday, with more isolated showers possible.
