.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
Moderate to strong northeast flow this morning. However, conditions will gradually improve from west to east today as the surface pressure gradient relaxes. A weak to moderate northeast flow is expected tonight. Then onshore winds return on Wednesday, increasing to a moderate to strong flow by Friday. Chances for showers and thunderstorms will develop late in the week. A cold front will pass through the waters on Saturday, with moderate to strong offshore flow developing in its wake.
