.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
Weak to moderate onshore flow will continue through this afternoon and is expected to increase to moderate levels tonight. Patchy sea fog will persist.

There is a slight chance of showers and patchy sea fog tonight. Coastal waters will see relief from the sea fog as a cold front moves through the Middle Texas coast Thursday afternoon. Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms will be possible with the cold front. In the wake of this front, moderate to strong offshore flow is expected resulting in Small Craft Advisory conditions.

Winds are expected to fall short of Gale conditions but occasional gusts to Gale conditions are possible through Friday afternoon. SCA conditions are likely to continue through Sunday as strong onshore flow returns in response to a developing coastal trough. This will result in increased rain chances through the weekend.
