.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
Generally weak onshore flow is expected this evening and will contribute to the development of sea fog over the bays and nearshore waters ahead of an approaching cold front. The fog will dissipate late tonight or early Tuesday morning as the flow becomes offshore. Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms are expected along the cold front early Tuesday morning. Moderate to strong offshore flow and drier conditions will develop after frontal passage. Moderate offshore flow will continue Tuesday night. A weak to moderate onshore flow will return on Wednesday and Thursday. Some patchy fog may develop Thursday afternoon
through early Friday. Another cold front will move across the waters Friday Afternoon and result in moderate to strong offshore flow. No precipitation is expected with this boundary. Weak easterly winds will develop on Saturday as high pressure moves east.
