.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
Moderate to strong onshore flow early this morning, and generally moderate onshore flow this afternoon, due to surface low pressure over the Rio Grande and higher pressure over the Western Gulf of Mexico. A weak upper level disturbance will combine with copious moisture to generate scattered showers and thunderstorms today. Moist atmospheric conditions will contribute to scattered showers and thunderstorms Tuesday. Weak to moderate onshore flow expected Tuesday. Weak to moderate onshore flow will continue for the latter half of the week. Drier conditions are expected Tuesday night and Wednesday. Isolated showers and thunderstorms will be possible Thursday, with isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms over the weekend.
