Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest 1/3 of the waves...along with occasional height of the average highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
A weak northeast flow will occur over most of the marine areas except for weak to moderate flow over the offshore waters today. The winds will become weak to moderate north late tonight into
Sunday morning over the Gulf waters. Small Craft Advisory conditions for wave heights is in effect this evening over the offshore waters and will continue through Sunday afternoon. Isolated showers or storms could affect the northern bays late this afternoon and early evening and over the offshore waters on Sunday. Small Craft Advisory conditions are likely to continue through Sunday night as swells from Cristobal reach the Middle Texas coast. Light to moderate offshore flow Sunday night will gradually shift onshore and strengthen to more moderate levels Monday night through Tuesday. By Tuesday night, winds will become
light to moderate with no significant hazardous conditions through Wednesday night. Isolated showers and thunderstorms will be possible Sunday night through Monday.
