Please find attach the MSIB 56-22 for a pipeline removal/installation in the CCSC Inner Harbor.  The project is schedule to take place on 29JUL22 and 30JUL22, from 10am to 2pm, each day.  Please take note, 31JUL22 will be used as a backup date in case the project can't be completed and the US Coast Guard will issue an Update to this MSIB in case this backup date is needed.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest 1/3 of the waves...along with occasional height of the average highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

Weak to moderate onshore flow today will strengthen to moderate late this afternoon and tonight, then become weak to moderate on Saturday. Greater moisture will contribute to isolated showers and thunderstorms today. Weak to moderate onshore flow will continue
as we head into next week. Isolated showers and thunderstorms will be possible over the waters Sunday and Monday before we dry back out by mid week.
