Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest 1/3 of the waves...along with occasional height of the average highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

Generally moderate onshore flow can be expected to persist. Small Craft Should Exercise Caution with brief periods of Small Craft Advisory conditions can be expected. A few isolated showers and thunderstorms are possible today but conditions will mainly remain
dry. Weak to moderate onshore flow is expected Thursday through Saturday. An increase in moisture along with an approaching upper level disturbance will result in isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms Friday and Saturday.
