.WEAK ONSHORE FLOW IS EXPECTED EARLY TODAY BEFORE A COLD FRONT STALLS
IN THE OFFSHORE WATERS THIS AFTERNOON. MODERATE OFFSHORE FLOW WILL
DEVELOP THIS EVENING AND CONTINUE INTO TUESDAY. A SECOND SURGE OF
COLDER AIR WILL MOVE THROUGH THE WATERS BY TUESDAY NIGHT PRODUCING
STRONG TO VERY STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW THROUGH WEDNESDAY NIGHT.
OFFSHORE FLOW WILL DIMINISH SLIGHTLY BY THURSDAY. SCATTERED TO
