330 AM CST FRI NOV 29 2002

.LIGHT WINDS WILL PREVAIL TODAY AS HIGH PRESSURE DRIFTS SOUTH OF THE
AREA. A WEAK ONSHORE FLOW WILL DEVELOP TONIGHT AND PERSIST THROUGH
EARLY SATURDAY BEFORE A COLD FRONT ENTERS THE WATERS SATURDAY
AFTERNOON. A MODERATE TO STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW IS EXPECTED BEHIND THE
FRONT. AN ONSHORE FLOW WILL REDEVELOP ACROSS THE WATERS MONDAY AND
STRENGTHENS TUESDAY AHEAD OF ANOTHER COLD FRONT WHICH WILL MOVE
THROUGH THE REGION LATE TUESDAY. SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE
