430 AM CDT TUE MAY 6 2003

.MODERATE TO STRONG ONSHORE FLOW WILL WEAKEN ALONG THE BAYS
THIS AFTERNOON AS A WEAK TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE APPROACHES THE
COAST. ONSHORE FLOW WILL STRENGTHEN ON WEDNESDAY WITH PRESSURE
FALLS OVER THE TEXAS PANHANDLE AS ANOTHER UPPER LEVEL STORM
SYSTEM MOVES INTO THE SOUTHERN ROCKIES. ONSHORE FLOW WILL BECOME
STRONG AGAIN FRIDAY INTO SATURDAY AS ANOTHER LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM
