out Kerr McGee’s Gunnison Spar from Gulf Marine Fabricators (GMF)
Ingleside Yard to the Gulf of Mexico Wednesday, August 13, 2003 from 1300
hrs to 2000 hrs (at which time the ship channel will be closed).

.A WEAK TO MODERATE VARIABLE WIND FLOW ALONG WITH SCATTERED SHOWERS
AND THUNDERSTORMS...WILL PREVAIL THROUGH WEDNESDAY AS A SERIES OF
UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCES AFFECT THE REGION. ONSHORE WINDS WILL
INCREASE THURSDAY AS A TROPICAL WAVE MOVES THROUGH THE WATERS AND
PRODUCES NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS. THE CHANCE OF RAIN WILL
DIMINISH SLIGHTLY ON FRIDAY WITH WINDS BECOMING NORTHEASTERLY IN
