.STRONG NORTHERLY FLOW OVER THE COASTAL WATERS WILL DIMINISH BY EARLY
AFTERNOON AS SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE SETTLES ACROSS THE REGION. A WEAK
NORTHERLY FLOW OVER THE BAYS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE AFTERNOON. AS
THE HIGH PRESSURE CONTINUES TO MOVE EAST ACROSS THE NORTHWEST GULF OF
MEXICO TONIGHT...WINDS WILL CONTINUE TO WEAKEN AND BECOME MORE WEST
TO SOUTHWEST. A REINFORCING SURGE OF HIGH PRESSURE ON THURSDAY NIGHT
WILL RESULT IN A WEAK TO MODERATE NORTHERLY FLOW INTO FRIDAY. ONSHORE
FLOW WILL DEVELOP SATURDAY AS THE HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE MOVES EAST.
