SYNOPSIS FOR BAFFIN BAY TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM-
330 AM CST WED DEC 24 2003

.ONSHORE FLOW WILL RESUME THIS AFTERNOON AS HIGH PRESSURE SHIFTS INTO
THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER VALLEY. AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL
PRODUCE A CHANCE OF SHOWERS ON CHRISTMAS DAY WITH ONSHORE FLOW
INCREASING. A STRONG STORM SYSTEM WILL DEVELOP IN THE DESERT
SOUTHWEST ON FRIDAY AND WILL PUSH ACROSS TEXAS MONDAY. THIS SYSTEM
WILL RESULT IN A STRONG ONSHORE FLOW BY SATURDAY WITH A CHANCE OF
SHOWERS OR THUNDERSTORMS THROUGH THE WEEKEND.
