SYNOPSIS FOR BAFFIN BAY TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM-
930 AM CST FRI DEC 26 2003

.LOW PRESSURE OVER THE TEXAS PANHANDLE AND HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE
EASTERN U.S. AND NORTHERN GULF WILL MAINTAIN MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW
THROUGH SATURDAY. A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE INTO THE COASTAL WATERS ON
SUNDAY. SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE ALONG
AND AHEAD OF THE FRONT. STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW WILL DEVELOP BEHIND THE
FRONT SUNDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING. HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD INTO THE
REGION ON MONDAY RESULTING IN SUBSIDING SEAS AND WINDS. ONSHORE FLOW
WILL RESUME MIDWEEK.
