EARLY THIS MORNING WILL PROVIDE A LINGERING CHANCE FOR SHOWERS
AND THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE COASTAL WATERS THIS MORNING. MODERATE
OFFSHORE FLOW WILL DEVELOP TODAY AS A COLD FRONT MOVES INTO THE
COASTAL WATERS LATER THIS MORNING. WEAK TO MODERATE OFFSHORE FLOW
TONIGHT...WILL BECOME ONSHORE ON TUESDAY...AS THE HIGH MOVES EAST.
AN UPPER LEVEL LOW WILL APPROACH SOUTH TEXAS ON WEDNESDAY...AND
PROVIDE A CHANCE FOR PRECIPITATION THROUGH THURSDAY. A COLD FRONT
