SYNOPSIS FOR BAFFIN BAY TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM-
330 AM CST FRI FEB 6 2004

.ANOTHER COLD FRONT WILL MAINTAIN THE MODERATE TO STRONG OFFSHORE
FLOW OVER THE COASTAL WATERS INTO TONIGHT. THE OFFSHORE FLOW WILL
WEAKEN ON SATURDAY AS HIGH PRESSURE SETTLES INTO SOUTH TEXAS. HIGH
PRESSURE WILL SHIFT EAST ON SUNDAY AND ONSHORE FLOW WILL INCREASE
IN RESPONSE TO A DEEPENING AREA OF LOW PRESSURE TO THE WEST. SHOWERS
AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE ON MONDAY AS THE LOW PRESSURE
SYSTEM MOVES UP THE COAST. A STRONG COLD FRONT MOVE THROUGH THE
WATERS ON TUESDAY RESULTING IN MODERATE TO STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW.
