Closures: This letter shall act as a courtesy notification to all
waterway users of the arrival of the ConocoPhillips Magnolia TLP hull on
the Tai An Kou heavy lift vessel. This ship and its cargo are expected
to arrive at the sea buoy on 02/19/04 at noon. It is anticipated that
the ship will sail the Corpus Christi Ship Channel and the La Quinta
Channel to KOS' facility during the afternoon of 02/19. A one-way
inbound traffic restriction will be required while the vessel is
traveling these ship channels due to the width of the Magnolia TLP hull
that measures approximately 255 feet. It is expected that the inbound
traffic restriction will have a duration less than 3 hours. These dates
may change based on the actual time of arrival of the Tai An Kou,
clearance to sail ship channels by Port and USCG, and weather.
