.MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW WILL PERSIST THROUGH THE AFTERNOON. SHOWERS
AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE LIKELY LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING AS
AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE MOVES THROUGH SOUTH TEXAS. THE
CHANCE OF RAIN WILL DECREASE BY SATURDAY AS THE DISTURBANCE MOVES
OFF TO THE EAST. A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE TOWARD THE WATERS SATURDAY
NIGHT AND REMAIN STATIONARY OVER THE GULF ON SUNDAY. THIS WILL
RESULT IN MODERATE OFFSHORE WINDS ON SUNDAY. HIGH PRESSURE WILL
MOVE EAST ON MONDAY...RESULTING IN A RETURN TO ONSHORE WINDS AS
