430 AM CDT FRI APR 23 2004

.MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH SATURDAY. A CHANCE OF
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE AS AN UPPER LEVEL LOW
MOVES EAST INTO TEXAS. THE UPPER LOW WILL APPROACH THE GULF WATERS
ON SATURDAY NIGHT...CONTINUING THE CHANCE FOR PRECIPITATION. A COLD
FRONT WILL MOVE INTO THE WATERS LATE SUNDAY...DIMINISHING THE CHANCES
FOR PRECIPITATION AS OFFSHORE WINDS BRING DRIER AIR TO SOUTH TEXAS.
WEAK TO MODERATE OFFSHORE WINDS ARE EXPECTED BEHIND THE FRONT. WINDS
WILL SHIFT EAST ON TUESDAY AS HIGH PRESSURE MOVES INTO THE GULF OF
