SYNOPSIS FOR BAFFIN BAY TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM-
430 AM CDT WED APR 28 2004

.ONSHORE FLOW WILL INCREASE TODAY IN RESPONSE TO AN UPPER LEVEL
DISTURBANCE AND PRESSURE FALLS OVER WEST TEXAS. THIS DISTURBANCE
WILL PROVIDE A SLIGHT CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS OVERNIGHT
AND INTO THURSDAY MORNING. AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE WILL PERSIST OVER
WEST TEXAS THURSDAY AND FRIDAY MAINTAINING A MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW
OVER THE AREA. A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE INTO SOUTH TEXAS SATURDAY AND
INTO THE COASTAL WATERS BY EARLY SUNDAY. SCATTERED SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS WILL OCCUR ALONG THE FRONT SATURDAY INTO EARLY SUNDAY.
