430 AM CDT WED JUN 9 2004

.AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL MOVE FROM MEXICO ACROSS THE STATE
LATER TODAY AND TONIGHT. ABUNDANT TROPICAL MOISTURE OUT AHEAD OF
THIS DISTURBANCE WILL PRODUCE SCATTERED TO WIDESPREAD SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE COASTAL WATERS. MODERATE TO STRONG ONSHORE
FLOW AND LARGE SEAS WILL PERSIST TODAY AND THEN SLOWLY DIMINISH
TONIGHT AND THURSDAY AS THE DISTURBANCE PUSHES AWAY FROM THE WATERS.
RAIN CHANCES WILL DIMINISH LATER TONIGHT AND THURSDAY AS DRIER AIR
BEGINS TO AFFECT THE AREA AND DIMINISH THE AMOUNT OF TROPICAL
