.AN UPPER LEVEL LOW WILL MEANDER NEAR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COAST THROUGH
TUESDAY...BRINGING ISOLATED TO SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
AND A WEAK TO MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW. THE UPPER LEVEL LOW WILL WEAKEN
BY THURSDAY AS AN UPPER LEVEL RIDGE OVER THE NORTHERN GULF OF MEXICO
BUILDS WEST INTO SOUTH TEXAS. WITH A WEAK SURFACE TROUGH OF LOW
PRESSURE OVER SOUTHWEST TEXAS AND HIGH PRESSURE CENTERED OVER THE
NORTHERN GULF OF MEXICO...A MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW IS EXPECTED FROM
