430 AM CDT FRI JUL 2 2004

.WEAK TO MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE WEEKEND.
AN UPPER-LEVEL RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE WILL KEEP THE COASTAL WATERS
DRY THROUGH THE FIRST PART OF NEXT WEEK. ONSHORE FLOW WILL INCREASE
SUNDAY NIGHT THROUGH TUESDAY AS LOW PRESSURE DEEPENS IN THE PLAINS.
A WEAKNESS IN THE UPPER LEVEL RIDGE WILL DEVELOP LATE MONDAY AND
INTO TUESDAY RESULTING IN SLIGHT CHANCES FOR SHOWERS AND
